Welcome to Crossings Kids! A place where we help kids KNOW God, GROW in their relationship with him, LOVE others, and SHARE his story. It is our privilege to partner with you as the parent in the discipleship of your children. Your children will be greeted by our awesome leaders and volunteers who help create a safe environment for your kids to learn about the love of Jesus. Children will experience vibrant worship, exciting games, hands-on activities and fun biblical lessons at their level to help deepen their relationship with Christ.

Crossings Kids

Each Sunday Crossings Kids presents the Bible to Infants through kids in 6th grade in a fun, creative and relevant way. We love to help kids learn how to apply God’s word to their lives and on their level.

We would love to meet you and your family this Sunday. Please join us for Crossings Kids!

Classes are provided for all children through 5th grade during our morning service at 10:00 a.m.

Infants & Toddlers
As a parent, you can be sure your child will be well cared for in a clean, safe environment. All our caregivers provide a loving, nurturing atmosphere for your infant or toddler. We believe that children are a gift, and encourage all parents to raise their children in the training and instruction of the Lord. (Ephesians 6:4) We desire to be a blessing to parents as they attend worship services on Sunday mornings.

Preschool & Elementary
Children ages 3 years through 5th are checked into the Kids worship room for corporate worship, tithes and offerings, announcements, etc. Children then are dismissed with their small group leaders to age appropriate classrooms where they hear and learn God’s word and applicable lessons on their level. Children return to the Kids worship room for a time of wrap up and review and there they are individually dismissed to their parents/guardians.

Preteen
Route 46 is a ministry that focuses on pre-teens. These kids matter, and we provide a space just for them! Kids in 4th and 5th grade are invited to join us in Route 46 on Sunday mornings where we dive into God’s word on a weekly basis. This group also provides leadership in the Kids worship room with the younger age groups; helping with worship, media, and the Crossings Coins Store are just a few ways we encourage them to step up and lead. Route 46 also serves in the community through various service projects, and enjoys fun events and outings to help build relationships with one another and their leaders



Cereal Sunday
The first Sunday of every month is Cereal Sunday at Crossings Kids! After you check your kids in using our electronic check-in system, they can stop by our Cereal Sunday table and choose their favorite cereal to enjoy at the start of kids church.




WHAT MATTERS TO US

  • Teaching the Bible in a Creative Way - The Bible is an awesome book! Our leaders help engage children in biblical truths through meaningful conversations and activities. We want to help kids know that God’s Word relates to us all, and by aligning our lives with his word, life works.

  • Your Child’s Safety - We take multiple steps to ensure a safe environment for your child. Every staff leader and volunteer is screened with an interview with the children’s pastor and a complete Federal background check.

  • Positive Relationships - We want kids to develop positive relationships with other kids and to know there are people at church that care about them. As families commit to attend services each week, children will become familiar with those who serve as small group leaders and relationships will grow.

  • So Much FUN! As Crossings Kids we love to have fun as much as the kids do. We strive to create fun and exciting ways for kids to be discipled, including games, activities, crafts and worship.
